My Story

I am an internal communications leader with over 12 years of experience in marketing and communications. My strengths include developing, managing and executing complex communications strategies and collaborating with key stakeholders to support enterprise-wide initiatives and to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

My background includes advising senior leaders on strategy, messaging and engagement opportunities to drive employee performance, engagement and commitment; organizing All-Hands meetings; storytelling; crisis communications; identifying ways to promote the company brand and culture internally across multiple channels of communication; and celebrating and showcasing associates’ success stories.

My overall marketing experience is wide and diverse and includes digital marketing (social media, email, website), writing (PR and journalism) and event planning. I’ve held marketing positions in the for-profit and non-profit sectors across various fields including architecture, legal, property services, higher education, individual and family services and criminal justice.

Prior to building my career in marketing and communications, I worked for Orange County’s Victim Witness for nearly five years advocating for victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking and human trafficking.

In my free time, I spend as much time outdoors as possible at the beach or in the desert hiking and doing landscape photography.
